Overview
The FinTech sector has been growing at an impressive rate and will continue to influence and grow the financial sector. The FinTech major introduces the different facets of FinTech businesses, including blockchain, distributed ledger, cryptocurrency, e-payment, remittance, robo advisory services, artificial intelligence, social trading platform, crowdfunding, insur-tech, and cybersecurity. The major then will equip students with business analytics skills and knowledge on the legal aspects of technology driven innovations so that students have the ability to formulate and present a viable FinTech business proposal.
