Overview

The Labour and Employment Law specialisation equips you to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding required for working in the employment field, including in the public sector, corporate management, trade unions and employer associations. The units available cover a range of legal topics of specific relevance to the workplace, including employee relations, workplace management, occupational health and safety, digital workplaces, workplace investigations and discrimination in the workplace. This specialisation is suitable for graduates interested in developing or enhancing specialist careers in employment law, human resources and the management of workplace and employment relations.
