Part A. Core studies
These studies will introduce you to the business environment and personal leadership.
Part B. Advanced theory and practice
The focus of these units is organisational leadership and the integration of theoretical knowledge to the business environment through research and workplace projects.

The course comprises 48 credit points structured in two parts: Part A. Core studies (36 credit points) and Part B. Advanced theory and practice (12 credit points).
Units are 6 credit points unless otherwise stated.
Part A. Core studies (36 credit points)
You must complete the following six units (36 credit points):
- ADA5222 Indigenous design thinking and relationality
- BEX5501 Leadership: People and performance
- BEX5502 Leadership: Organisational strategy and performance
- BEX5503 Business environment
- BEX5506 Accounting and finance for business leaders
- LAW5348 Indigenous rights and international law
Part B. Advanced theory and practice (12 credit points)
You must complete one of the following units (12 credit points):
- BEX5504 Indigenous business leadership study program (12 credit points)
- BEX5505 Industry research project (12 credit points)

English language
Monash Level A, that is: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0); or Pearson Test of English (Academic): score of 58 overall with no band lower than 50; or TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18; or Equivalent approved English test
