The course is structure in two parts: Part A. Indigenous business leadership essentials and Part B. Indigenous business leadership advanced theory and practice.
Part A. Indigenous business leadership essentials
These studies will introduce you to the business environment and personal leadership.
Part B. Indigenous business leadership advanced theory and practice
The focus of these units is organisational leadership and the integration of theoretical knowledge to the business environment though research and workplace projects.

The course comprises 48 points structured in two parts: Part A. Indigenous business leadership essentials (24 points) and Part B. Indigenous business leadership advanced theory and practice (24 points).

Part A. Indigenous business leadership essentials (24 points)
You must complete:
- ADA5222 Indigenous design thinking and relationality
- BEX5501 Leadership: People and performance
- BEX5502 Leadership: Organisational strategy and performance
- BEX5503 Business environment
Part B. Indigenous business leadership advanced theory and practice (24 points)
a. You must complete one of the following units (12 points):
- BEX5504 Indigenous business leadership study program (12 points)
- BEX5505 Industry research project (12 points)
b. You must complete two units (12 points) from the following list:

Entry requirements
English language
Monash minimum: Level A, that is: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0); or Pearson Test of English (Academic): score of 58 overall with no band lower than 50; or TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18; or Equivalent approved English test
