Overview
The Master of Digital Business program introduces you to the digital technology and management competencies needed to become digital leaders and lead technological change in an organisation. You will develop advanced and vital, specialised digital business knowledge and tools to move from theory to real-world applications needed for a graduate to stay at the forefront of the digital world. The programme will integrate real-world applications in each unit, and you will learn through authentic assignments that are highly relevant to the real workplace. The Programme is designed for working professionals who need a flexible learning schedule.

The course is structured in three parts: Part A. Fundamental, Part B. Mastery knowledge and Part C. Application.
Part A. Fundamental sudies
These studies will introduce you to the broad macro issues related to digital business and the fields of study where digital business matters the most.
Part B. Mastery knowledge
These studies will focus on the application of digital business. You will expand your horizon on how technology can be applied in a variety of businesses and in resolving business challenges.
Part C. Application studies
These studies will enable you to strengthen your skills in implementing digital transformation within an organisation. The units combined will help you develop confidence in planning and executing digital change. You will develop your capacity as a critical and creative professional being able to apply digital solutions in improving business performance.

The course comprises 72 credit points structured in three parts: Part A. Fundamental (24 credit points), Part B. Mastery knowledge (24 credit points) and Part C. Application (24 credit points).

- BFM5120 Financial technology (Fintech)
- BTM5330 Cyber law
Part C. Application studies (24 credit points)
You must complete the following four units (24 credit points)
- MGM5260 Digital leadership
- ETM5800 Text analytics for business
- BTM5909 Ethics and global corporate governance
- MKM5211 Applied business project

Monash Level A, that is: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0); or Pearson Test of English (Academic): score of 58 overall with no band lower than 50; or TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18; or Equivalent approved English test
