Overview
This unit introduces you to the business, marketing and management principles required for the successful operation of a health business, and applies these concepts to health contexts.
The influence and requirements of funding models will be analysed with respect to their impact on a business. The clinical and operational governance structures within a range of healthcare settings will also be compared.
This unit will also allow you to consolidate context-specific issues relevant for health-related business including legal and contractual considerations.
