This unit develops language skills and cultural competence. The Language and Culture component of this unit aims to develop your comprehension skills and capacity to express ideas in both oral and written French, through a range of class activities, both spoken and written. You will practise and develop your language skills in an area of French studies, developing competence in the theory, research methodology and practices, and discourses involved in critical enquiry, understanding and analysis in the discipline area.
