Synopsis

In this unit, you will discover the core principles of global cultural heritage from an archaeological and historical perspective. You will examine theoretical concepts and see how they can be applied to real-world case studies. Issues addressed include cultural heritage discovery, management, protection, policy-making and community engagement in a global context. This unit is designed to prepare you to engage with the cultural heritage industry, government and post-graduate study.
