Leadership: People and performance

BEX5501

Synopsis

While leadership exists in many forms across many cultures, Australian Indigenous leaders face unique challenges to effectively engage communities and organisations that represent multiple, often conflicting, worldviews. In response, this unit asks you to employ reflexive thinking in your leadership development and practice. Learning together, you will put your leadership under the microscope, examining your multiple leadership identities and unlocking your unique power to have an ethical impact in a rapidly changing world. During this highly-interactive unit, you will co-create leadership knowledge, being exposed to cutting-edge leadership thought to help guide your analysis of your own leadership challenges and opportunities.
