Overview

While leadership exists in many forms across many cultures, Australian Indigenous leaders face unique challenges to effectively engage communities and organisations that represent multiple, often conflicting, worldviews. In response, this unit asks participants to employ reflexive thinking in their leadership development and practice. Learning together, participants will put their leadership under the microscope, examining their multiple leadership identities and unlocking their unique power to have an ethical impact in a rapidly changing world. During this highly-interactive unit, participants will co-create leadership knowledge, being exposed to cutting-edge leadership thought to help guide their analysis of their own leadership challenges and opportunities.
