Synopsis
This unit will explore and evaluate the dynamic nature of developing and transforming organisational strategy that aligns with Indigenous identity and culture. Leaders will become familiar with key strategic concepts and frameworks to analyse and lead organisational strategy, value propositions and their implications for resources, governance, and accountability.
The role of Indigenous voice in impacting performance will be explored in the context of marketing, financial and strategic responses to opportunities and challenges. Alternative definitions of performance are considered in both for-profit and public-funded organisations.
Leaders will be challenged to incorporate Indigenous culture across various processes that impact organisational strategy and performance.
