Overview
Collaborative design studio 5 continues the development of the collaborative design theory and skills acquired in Collaborative design studio 4. You will create one self-directed multi-disciplinary project, implementing the collaborative design process to a final outcome. Enhanced design research techniques incorporating quantitative and qualitative data will be explored to thoroughly understand client and user needs. You will produce advanced visualisations and prototypes to evaluate concepts in preparation for delivery of a refined multi-disciplinary design product or service. The aim of the unit is to apply the collaborative design process at greater depth to deliver possible solutions to design problems.
