PREREQUISITE: 

Students in course codes E3004, E3007, E3008, E3009 and E3012 must have completed 96 credit points in engineering study.

Students in all other engineering courses must have completed 108 credit points in engineering or science study.

Overview

The aim of this capstone unit is to provide an opportunity for you to undertake a substantial individual or small group project. Projects undertaken will integrate and build on content from earlier stages of the course. This unit is the first part of a two-unit project.

Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities.

The project will be based on a research problem. You will bring in necessary learning while actively undertaking this project.
