You will explore the strategic, operational, analytical, and ethical dimensions of digital transformation through both theoretical frameworks and applied learning. The unit covers how digital transformation reshapes organisational strategising, business models, and processes. You will learn how to apply evidence-based techniques and digital tools to develop actionable business solutions. The unit also emphasises communication and collaboration through team-based consulting projects, real-world client engagement, and business case development.
