Overview

This capstone unit to the MBA program includes taught material on Global Operations and Logistics which provides the framework for your fourth applied consulting project, in which you integrate your knowledge of earlier modules to address the opportunities and/or challenges of host business organisations in an international marketplace. Under the supervision of your professors, and with the support of a nominated project sponsor, you and your team will identify a significant strategic issue for your host organisation in an international market. The output is a presentation and report for the sponsor. Your studies are informed by classes provided by two international business schools in South East Asia.
