Advanced nutrition and dietetics practice

This unit will provide you with the foundational skills needed for effective clinical case management, with respect to a range of clinical conditions and diseases. The emphasis and focus of the learning opportunity will be on providing person centred care through dietetic education and patient case management. You will be provided with opportunities to learn through simulation and case-based learning platforms. Further to this, the key focus of this unit is to ensure that you are able to demonstrate professional competencies as outlined by the Dietitians Association of Australia.
