Synopsis
This unit is a placement experience that will support your progression and fulfilment of entry level competencies in individual case management and foodservice management. You will be placed in health care contexts and develop skills in nutrition assessment, planning, management and monitoring of individuals, and exploring and improving food, food service and eating environments at the systems level. This unit will allow you to develop the skills required for nutrition and dietetic practice at the individual and systems level across a range of institutional care settings.
