This unit focuses on the internal and external organisational context in which projects are conceived, evaluated, supported and delivered. You will learn to critically evaluate and develop a business case using emerging technologies, applying strategic insights to the broad and immediate competitive environment. You will craft and deliver a persuasive pitch, informed by stakeholder needs and organisational priorities. You will explore how organisational structures, cultures and politics influence project success, gaining practical skills in engaging stakeholders and navigating complex environments. This unit equips you with the expertise to contribute meaningfully to project initiation and development across diverse industries and settings.
