Overview
Positive psychology focuses on promoting optimal human functioning. In this unit you will learn about a range of concepts and models in positive psychology, as well as interventions to enhance the functioning of individuals and groups. You will learn about the relevance of positive psychology in a range of contexts. You will be selecting an area of interest within positive psychology, exploring the conflicting viewpoints, and writing critically about the empirical support for that topic. You will also have the opportunity to apply positive psychology practices on yourself and will gain skills to evaluate the process.

Attendance at tutorials is recommended in order to successfully complete in-class activities, interact with teaching team in-person, and related assessment tasks.
