Synopsis
In this unit, you will examine the topics of professionalism, professional development, preparation for employment, self-management and supervision as a beginning practitioner. You will consider ethical, medicolegal, risk and safety compliance in various health, education and social care practice environments. In preparation for the transition to a graduate practitioner, you will critique the scope of contemporary occupational therapy practice in complex and evolving service delivery environments.
