Transition to practice 2

This unit will enable you to consider your own role within health and human service organisations, and apply and critique contemporary practice knowledge and theory in areas such as leadership and management, team functioning and governance.

In this unit, you will complete a range of on-line tasks while completing your fieldwork placement [edit practice education placement] as part of the unit OCC4082. In addition, you will attend several on-campus workshops when you have completed your practice education placement
