The Commercial and corporate law specialisation equips you to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding in commercial and corporate law and to expand your expertise by pursuing new areas of study or explore existing knowledge at a deeper level. You can choose from an extensive and diverse range of commercially focused units, including units in international business law and regulation, corporate law and governance, commercial dispute resolution, competition, consumer, property law, business workplaces, finance, investment, and taxation law and private law.
