Overview
Marketing draws on research into consumers, markets and organisations to explain behaviour, inform strategy and address challenges in a changing marketplace. During this honours year, you will design and complete an original thesis, using qualitative and/or quantitative methods to analyse a contemporary marketing issue in depth. The program equips you with critical thinking, ethical judgement, research design, data analysis, scholarly writing and professional communication skills. Through close academic supervision and research that connects marketing theory with practice, you will be prepared for doctoral study and for strategic, analytical and research-focused roles in business, consulting, government and the wider marketing profession.
