The handbook's description of this structure

The Master of Business Innovation is structured in four parts: Part A. Advanced preparatory studies, Part B. Discipline studies, Part C. Application studies and Part D. Elective studies

Part A. Advanced preparatory studies

Through multidisciplinary studies you will decipher the essence of innovation and explore the role of management, marketing, regulation and resource allocation in shaping our socio-economic fortunes. Drawing on innovation methodologies and tools you will explore innovation in the Indonesian context and further your ability to do business in complex environments.

Part B. Discipline studies

Building on the foundation capabilities you acquired in Part A you will extend your knowledge of innovation with models and theories from finance, leadership, institutional theory and operations management. You will explore how digitisation is altering the 'rules of the game' for businesses and government and seek out opportunities to apply your knowledge to current problems and implement solutions that create and capture value for Indonesia.

Part C. Application studies

The focus of these studies is professional or scholarly work that can contribute to a portfolio of professional development. We will explore innovative approaches to human capital development and seek out ways to increase the productivity of Indonesia's informal sector labour force.

Part D. Elective studies

This will enable you to deepen your knowledge in innovation, or in business and economics more broadly. Alternatively, you may select units from across the University, subject to meeting the relevant enrolment requirements.
