Overview

The Master of Human Resource management is a forward focused and evidence-based engagement with HR’s role in the emerging environment characterised by change and uncertainty.  With a focus on ‘the future of work’ and ‘the future of HRM’ you will learn about current views regarding the changing nature of HRM brought about by changes to the organisational and employment context. In addition to addressing contemporary challenges such as COVID, the Master of HRM delves deeply into workforce analytics and employee wellbeing, development and capabilities.  The MHRM also provides students with opportunities to extend their professional development, broaden their knowledge with elective subjects, and apply their knowledge through industry projects.
