Overview

The focus of this course is the development of management capabilities in the context of dynamic organisational environments.

The course examines management practice in relation to the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME), a United Nations-supported initiative that balances economic and sustainability goals. You will develop your capability as a future-ready manager aware of global impact and able to address complex and pressing global challenges. 

Aimed at career professionals with an undergraduate degree and work experience, or students who hold a cognate undergraduate degree seeking to strengthen their future or current career progression and enhance their management knowledge and skills, the course is suitable for those who occupy or aspire to management positions in business, government, community, service and non-profit organisations. It's designed to provide you with a comprehensive, intellectually demanding and up-to-date understanding of management/human resource management theory and practice.
