   1. Define commonly used medical terminology
   2. Correctly interpret the contents of a health records, including electronic medical records 
   3. Collect and interpret information relating to signs and symptoms, diagnostic methods and tests, as well as other patient and clinical information 
   4. Obtain and document a best possible medication history
   5. Describe the importance of clinical reasoning and collaborative decision making 
   6. Apply clinical reasoning and collaborative decision making to document and communicate a disease management care plan
   7. Define appropriate timelines for patient review and follow up 
   8. Incorporate relevant clinical, practice, and prescribing guidelines
   9. Incorporate an individualised approach based on healthcare access and beliefs
